Beat the Belt
Rush Hour Boggle is Boggle with a deadline. A five-row grid of letter tiles rides a conveyor belt toward a cliff on the left. Drag through adjacent tiles to spell words — every tile you use saves its column from the drop. Chain words quickly to build a combo multiplier up to x8, land a J, Qu, X, or Z word to freeze the belt, and hang on as the whole thing keeps accelerating.
Start a run
Click or touch a tile and drag through its neighbours to spell a word of three or more letters, then release to submit. Drag back to un-select a letter. Words score Scrabble letter values times a length bonus times your combo — and an untouched column falling off the cliff costs one of your three lives.
How a run works
The belt starts slow — a warm-up while you build your combo with quick words. Each valid word within five seconds of the last adds +0.5 to your multiplier, so disciplined chains turn even three-letter words into real points, and long words at full combo become jackpots. Miss the window, or submit a word that isn't in the dictionary, and the multiplier snaps back to x1.
Meanwhile the cliff creeps closer. Columns near the edge pulse red when none of their letters have been used; save them with a word or lose a life when they drop. Rare letters are your emergency brake — any valid word with J, Qu, X, or Z freezes the belt for five seconds. Three lives, an ever-faster belt, and a high score saved in your browser: that's the whole game, and it gets tense fast.
